Our apartment houses welcome guests from the end of March to the beginning of November.

1. You can send your enquiry by phone, by e-mail or through the website. 2. To help us prepare the most accurate offer, please provide the following information:- arrival / departure date (alternative dates if applicable),- number of persons (ages of children),- preferred apartment,- phone number,- any other questions or comments. 3. We will try to send you an offer within 24 hours. 4. If you like our offer, please let us know by e-mail. 5. To confirm your booking, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your booking details.

1. Check-in / check-out:Guests can occupy the apartments from 14:00 and are kindly asked to leave them by 10:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out are subject to availability. 2. Smoking:Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartments! Of course, smoking is possible on the terrace, which we ask you to do with the greatest care. 3. Parking: enclosed parking spaces are available for the apartments. 4. Bed linen is provided in the apartments. 5. HeatingIn spring and autumn, our apartments are heated by gas convector heaters.

1. Accepted payment methods:- Cash (HUF or EUR) 2. Deposit: to secure the booking, for high-season bookings involving several apartments we ask for a deposit by bank transfer amounting to 25% of the total accommodation fee. Returning guests do not need to pay a deposit.

1. Guests arriving with a dog are also welcome in the apartments. One dog per apartment is allowed, except in House 5, where up to two dogs can be accommodated. House 1 and the Studio G apartment in House 3 cannot be booked with a dog. 2. Small pets are welcome for a surcharge of 5 EUR / night.
