Our apartment houses welcome guests from the end of March to the beginning of November.

1. You can send your enquiry by phone or by e-mail. 2. To help us prepare the most accurate offer for e-mail enquiries, please provide the following information:- arrival / departure date (alternative dates if applicable),- number of persons (ages of children),- preferred apartment,- phone number,- any other questions or comments. 3. We will try to send you an offer within 24 hours. 4. If you like our offer, please let us know by e-mail. 5. To confirm your booking, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your booking details.

1. Check-in and check-out:Guests can occupy the apartments from 14:00 and are kindly asked to leave them by 10:00. Earlier arrival or later check-out is possible depending on availability. 2. Minimum stay:In the high season (06.19 - 08.30.), our apartments can generally be booked for at least 6 nights; however, we are also happy to make offers for shorter stays if the free periods between longer bookings allow it.Outside the high season, we welcome guests staying at least 2 nights. 3. Smoking:Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartments! Of course, smoking is possible on the terrace, which we ask you to do with the greatest care. 4. ParkingEnclosed outdoor parking is provided for the apartments. 5. Towels / bed linenBed linen and hand towels are provided in the apartments. 6. HeatingIn spring and autumn, our apartments are heated by gas convector heaters.

1. Accepted payment methods:- Cash (HUF or EUR)- SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MKB) 2. DepositTo secure the booking, for high-season bookings involving several apartments we ask for a deposit by bank transfer amounting to 25% of the total accommodation fee.Returning guests do not need to pay a deposit.

1. Guests arriving with a dog are also welcome in the apartments. One dog per apartment is allowed. House 1 and the Studio G apartment in House 3 cannot be booked with a dog. 2. Small pets are welcome for a surcharge of 5 EUR/night.
